If you are not satisfied with your Civil CitizenTM purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund.  The returned item(s) must be unworn/unwashed and returned to us no later then 15 days of it’s original receipt.  Any products found to have been tampered with, damaged, washed, or worn will be returned to the customer without being awarded a refund.  Shipping and handling fees represent services that have been rendered, and cannot be refunded.

Return merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization from Civil Citizen LLC. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee.
